HCG Days 11-15

Day 11: down .9, total 38.7
Day 12: down 1.3, total 40.0
Day 13: down .4, total 40.4 (forgot to write down what I had, but I cheated!)
Day 14: down 2.0, total 42.4
Day 15: down 1.5, total 43.9

Things are going well!  If my weight loss continues to trend the way it has been, I should definitely hit the 50lbs mark before this cycle of the diet is over :)  Yay!!

HCG Day 7-10

Day 7: down 2.9 for a total of 33.7
Day 8: down 1.5 for a total of 35.2
Day 9: down 2.2 for a total of 37.4
Day 10: down .4 for a total of 37.8 (had some cashews at the Thunder game...big no-no)

Things are going well, minus day 10!  Not going to repeat that!  Not in the blogging mood tonight.

HCG Days 5 & 6

Day 5 weigh-in... down 2.5 for accumilative loss of 6.6!
Day 6 weigh-in... down 1.7 for accumilative loss of 8.3!

Feeling pretty good!  The hunger headaches have subsided :)  I'm not losing as much as quickly as the first time I did the diet, but it's still coming off.  Weight lost is weight lost!

Tonight, I went through my closet and got rid of everything that is TOO BIG :)  Usually, it's the opposite!  I filled-up an entire trash bag.  I have a couple of dresses that are a little big, but I just can't part with them yet.  I think I can make them work still.  I need to have SOME clothes until I can replenish.  I am hoping the jeans I currently have will work until I am no longer in women's sizes.  Eek!  I think I will cry when I get to shop in the misses section.  I just saw a picture of a friend who bought jeans 10 sizes smaller than what she use to wear!  WAY TO GO DANI!!!  Yep...can't wait until that's me!

HCG Day 4

Well, first weigh-in was a success!!  Down 4.2 pounds!!  Yeah!  I even took a risk and experimented.  I had 4 fried eggs for dinner instead of what is recommended.  Glad to know I can mix things up a bit :)  Tonight, I am having my 3oz of mega lean beef with powdered ranch mixed in.  Not sure how that will turn out since there is powdered buttermilk in the ingredients, BUT according to the diet, I am permitted 1TBSP of milk a day :)  I think I may just enjoy some tomato for my veggie tonight.  Almost like a burger (that's what the rest of the fam is enjoying), but not quite ;)  I would REALLY love to have a 1/2lb burger on a bun with LOTS of cheese!!  Yum!!

HCG Days 1-3

Well, I started the drops on Saturday and enjoyed my spluring...sort of!  It was even harder this time around to eat that much food.
I weighed this morning.  I only gained 5 pounds from the last time I weighed.  Compared to the highest amount of weight loss I achieved during the diet, I had gained 10 pounds.  Not going to let it get me down!
500 calories started today.  I'm not hungry, but I do have the hunger headaches!  Yuck!  I must make a run to the store today.  I was not prepared to start the diet...about out of everything I am allowed to eat during the diet!

HCG - Maintenance Days 14-17

Day 14: +.9 :( I couldn't resist egg salad!Day 15: -1.5 :) woohoo!!Day 16: -.9 :) yesssssssssssssssiree!!Day 17: +2.4???????????
Ummmm, yeah...I needed a day off.  I had a shake at Steak and Shake with some of my girlfriends.  Not to mention the breakfast burritos on the 15th.  What?  I was running late to a speaking engagement and a girl's gotta eat so she doesn't pass-out, right?
Well, back to it!  I'm sitting at 28.0 pounds of weight loss, so I'm not gonna be too hard on myself.  Just hard enough that I don't try a stunt like that anytime soon!!

HCG - Maintenance Days 10 - 13

Day 10: lost .7 :)
Day 11: gained 1.5 -- there was a cookie I just couldn't say 'no' to :(
Day 12: lost .7 :)
Day 13: gained .9 -- shouldn't have had the feta on the greek salad :(

Ugh!!  Okay, so I am 3.6 pounds away from being the lightest I have been on this diet.  My weight has gone up and down during the maintenance phase.  Time to start going  down again!  I gotta lost that 3.6 or I will NOT be happy!  Okay, I'm already not happy, but like Nick said, I need to look at the big picture...I am at 28.9 pounds of weight loss!  I would just really like to be back up to the 32.5 pounds of weight loss.  Time to tank-up on protein!
